Business Beyond You was born out of both personal experience and professional insight.
Its founder, Sara Vaziri, co-founded a consulting engineering firm with her parents that grew into one of the most successful businesses in its field. Over time, it expanded to more than 150 professional employees across five locations. For her family, the business was more than a company — it was their life’s work. Deciding on its continuity was not a single-night decision but the result of years of reflection, exploration, and difficult conversations about the many possible options.
This experience highlighted how succession and continuity decisions are deeply personal. They go far beyond financials — they touch on legacy, values, and the future of something built over decades.

Through her years as a business broker and as the Co-Founder and President of Zoom Business Brokers, Sara and her team — with more than 150 years of combined experience — have guided countless business owners as they considered exiting their businesses.
